Before the change:
Reservations open 2 weeks before the visit date.
After the change:
Reservations open 3 weeks before the visit date.
This change will take effect starting with reservations accepted on November 6, 2026, for visits on November 27, 2026, and thereafter.
Please note: For the health and safety of our capybaras, we may occasionally need to close temporarily even if you have already made a reservation. In such cases, we will promptly contact you using the email address provided at the time of booking.
We will continue to prioritize the health and well-being of our capybaras while striving to provide a safe and comfortable experience for all our guests. We sincerely appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
