Reservations
As our café is not very large, reservations fill up quickly.
We apologize for any inconvenience and ask for your understanding.

Even if you have a reservation, there may be temporary closures due to the health of the capybaras.
In such cases, we cannot offer any guarantees or alternative reservations.
Please make your reservation with this in mind.
- Our café is open to guests aged 6 and older. Children under 12 must be accompanied by a guardian.
- Reservations can be made up to two weeks in advance.
- Reservations are only accepted through our website. We do not accept reservations via phone, email, or social media.
- Please check availability on the reservation site under “Reservation Page”.There is a link button to the Reservation Page at the bottom of this page.
- Please arrive 10 minutes before your reservation time.
- The reservation time is an estimated entry time. Please note that you may not be able to enter exactly at the reserved time.
For example,
Those with a 10:00 reservation will be guided to enter between 10:00 and 10:15.
Those with a 10:30 reservation will be guided to enter between 10:30 and 10:45. - Whether you can stay beyond 30 minutes will depend on the situation on the day of your visit.
- If you are late for your reservation, your stay time may be shortened. (Please note that the usage fee will not be adjusted in this case.)
Cancel Policy
If you cancel on the day of your reservation, we will charge the usage fee for the reserved number of people, as well as the minimum drink charge.
Additionally, if there are any changes in the number of people, please contact us via the inquiry form or Instagram DM by 6:00 PM the day before.
If we do not receive your notification by 6:00 PM the day before, and the number of people on the day of your visit is fewer than the number you reserved, you will still be required to pay the usage fee and drink charges for the original number of people.
