- Please come to our cafe 10 minutes before your reservation time and inform the staff of your name. Please wait in the waiting area on the second floor until you are seated.
Upon entering, please confirm and agree to the precautions posted at the entrance.
Our establishment is open to individuals aged 6 and above. Children under the age of 12 must be accompanied by a guardian when visiting.
For the safety of everyone and our capybaras, we kindly ask for your understanding.

- As charges are applied on an hourly basis, we kindly ask you to confirm your entry time.
- Drink Ordering
- We kindly request that each individual orders one drink upon entry. Please place your order when you enter.
- To Your Seat
- You can move around and choose any seat during your visit. Kindly leave your belongings in the lockers on the second floor. Please ensure the management of your valuables on your own.

- Please confirm your check-out time and settle the charges for the time spent and any drinks ordered.
