Our cafe operates on a reservation-only basis.
Please make a reservation in advance through the booking site on our “Reservations” page.

How to Use Our Cafe
Make a Reservation
Please make a reservation for your visit time through the reservation page.
We do not accept reservations by phone, email or DM.
Arrival and Check-In
Please arrive at the cafe at least 10 minutes before your reservation time and show the staff your reservation confirmation email or provide your reservation ID.
While waiting to be seated, please stay in the second-floor waiting area and review our “Information.”
Store your belongings in the lockers on the second floor, but please keep your valuables with you.
*Please note that your reserved entry time is only an approximate guideline.
Drink Orders
The staff will call you in turn, so please place your drink order at the reception. Each guest is required to order at least one drink. You can also order treats for the capybaras here.
Ticket Issuance
The staff will issue a ticket for you. Please check the entry time printed on the ticket. You will need this ticket when making your payment.
Choose Your Seat
At our cafe, you are free to move between seats. Please feel free to sit wherever you like.

Payment
Please bring the ticket issued at the time of entry to the cashier for payment.

Reservations and Usage
- Our cafe welcomes guests aged 6 and older. Children under 12 must be accompanied by a guardian.
- Reservations can be made up to two weeks in advance.
- If you are late for your reservation, your stay time may be shortened. (Please note that the usage fee will not be adjusted in this case.)
- Reservations are only accepted through our website. We do not accept reservations via phone or social media.
