In recent months, we have seen an increase in last-minute cancellations—such as cancellations made the day before or on the day of the reservation—as well as cases where guests do not show up without prior notice.
At the same time, although our reservation window opens two weeks in advance, available slots remain limited, and some guests who wish to visit are unable to secure a reservation.
To ensure that reservation slots are available for guests who genuinely plan to visit, we will be switching to the new reservation system for all reservations made for visits on or after April 1, 2026, and tightening the enforcement of our cancellation policy.
Please note that, with this change, guests will be required to enter their credit card information at the time of booking. The card information guests provide will be used solely as a deposit, and the admission fee will continue to be paid in person at the café on the day of your visit.
We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and kindly ask for your understanding.
In addition, to align with the specifications of the new system, we will be revising our pricing structure as outlined below, effective April 1, 2026.
The current “Admission Fee + One Drink (charged separately)” will be changed to “Admission Fee (includes one drink).”
Please rest assured that this change will not affect the quality or style of our drink offerings.
